Here is how to get the new PS Plus Premium subscription for free

First I need to explain how to remove any credit card information & cancel a subscription from your account before the actual guide on how to get any of the new PS Plus tiers for free.

First is How to cancel a subscription on PS5
Go to Settings - Users and Accounts.
Select Account - Payment and Subscriptions - Subscriptions.
Select a service - Cancel Subscription.

2nd is How to cancel a subscription on PS4
Go to Settings - Account Management - Account Information -PlayStation Subscriptions. Select the subscription you want to cancel. Select Cancel Subscription.

And then 3rd is How to cancel a PlayStation subscription using a web browser or PC
Sign in to Account Management.
Select Subscription from the menu on the left of the screen.
Select Cancel Subscription next to the subscription you would like to cancel.

OK so now is How to remove a payment method on the PS5
Go to Settings - Users and Accounts.
Select Account - Payment and Subscriptions - Payment Methods.
Choose one of your payment methods, press the options button and select Remove.

2nd is How to remove a payment from the PS4
Go to PlayStation Store.
Scroll to the bottom of the sidebar and select Payment Methods.
Select a payment method - Delete.

And then 3rd is How to remove payment using a web browser or PC
Sign in to PlayStation Store by selecting Sign In from the top of the screen.
Select your Online ID - Payment Management.
Select a payment method and select Remove.

So now that everyone understands all of this, I want to very quickly say 2 things.
1 is that you either take time to do something in order to get it for free
and 2 is that you work to make money and pay for it.
You dont just get stuff for free unless you do something illegal, and what I am telling you is a legal way to go about this without getting in trouble.

So How this works is you create a new email to create a new PSN account, You then activate your trial for PS Plus, Remove payment information or cancel the subscription. Which yes takes time & you will need to do this every week or whatever the trial lasts. But like I said, you either take that time to do it legally or work to make money and pay for it.
