Options are; First, You must be a resident/voter in samal.
Second, student or worker in outside samal but residing in the island.

We are residents in Libuak babak samal thats why we are able to comply requirements. After five months of home quarantine here in davao city. finally, we are able to visit and stay in our home town. in this, my titos and titas decided to prepare a feast for us.
