Guaranteed drop from one of the guard dogs near Archdeacon McDonnell after you enter from the illusory wall and descend the ladder.
(NG+) +1 version can be found after Pontiff Sulyvahn in the same room but on the second floor.
(NG++) +2 can be found in on the way to Rosaria, in an alcove where an axe wielding hollow is (take a left on the roof-bridge where you drop down)
