i'm using Fedora for years, and I never thought on that! I was used to enable / disable repos instead! it would had saved me lots of time if i knew before, so that may help someone!!

so the updated goes something like that:
First we update Rawhide, but we exlcude kernels
"sudo dnf update -x "kernel*"

Then we update kernels from Fedora Stable
"sudo dnf repository-packages fedora-31 upgrade"
