In this video I will be showing you step by step how to obtain the Temporal Anomaly Rune Engraving as well as the Personal Spellbook offhand item for both Alliance and Horde Mages by obtaining a Pristine Owlbeast Quill from Owlkin mobs in the Hinterlands zone, 5 Zukk'ash Resin from bugs in Feralas, and 8 Farraki Papyrus from Zul'Farrak Zombie mobs in the Zul'Farrak Dungeon so that you can turn them in at Owen Thadd or Garion Wendell to complete the A Lesson in Literacy Quest. This Rune is most likely going to be the Best in Slot for Healing Mages in Phase 3 of the World of Warcraft Classic Season of Discovery.
