In this video I will be showing you step by step how to obtain the Balefire Bolt Rune Engraving for both Alliance and Horde Mages by obtaining a Scroll of Spatial Mending and then finding a Fel Portal, a Fel Scar in Feralas in this case, to summon a Fel Interloper and obtain the Spell Notes: Balefire Bolt. This Rune is currently the Best in Slot for Fire DPS Mages in Phase 3 of the World of Warcraft Classic Season of Discovery.
