In Nancy Drew: The Secret of Shadow Ranch, Nancy needs to get into Cappy’s at Dry Creek. There is a number lock on the door and a sign put up by the sheriff. Call sheriff Hernandez for permission and the combination. Even though you don’t get cell phone service at the ghost town, you can cheat this by clicking on the Mail button, then immediately clicking on the phone directory. You may then call anyone in your contacts.

Enter the combination 9-2-7-4 to unlock the door.
