1) Get inside your Oculus headset
2) Open your browser
3) To open multiple tabs, tap on the plus icon on the top right
4) This way, you can open multiple tabs on a browser
5) For apps, tap on the (-) minimize icon at the bottom left
6) Now you can launch other apps in the process.
