For people who want to host Vietnam maps or change from one to the other real quickly:

With the help of one of the devs, I managed to make a "tool" if you would that changes the GameModID from BC2 to Vietnam and vice versa. It's really simple and easy to use so if you want a Vietnam server, I'd suggest using this to launch it, or in general, switching from one to the other with no sweat of changing the ServerOptions.ini every time:

It is still unfinished and hopefully there will be more features in the future that have a wider editing range such as editing all the options with the typing of a number or maybe even including a GUI

If you are missing the PROVIDER.DAT file, I can provide a link to it but only that as I don't know what else might be accompanying your error. Best ask the devs if you still keep getting errors on their forums but for now, you could try using this :
