It is really simple.

Download the file "androVM_vbox86tp_4.1.1_r6.1-20130222-gapps-houdini-flash.ova" from http://androvm.org/blog/ and click open on the file menu of VMWare and browse to the OVA file you downloaded. When it moans about it not being fully compliant click retry then it will import it into vmware. Then change the network adapters to NAT like I do in the video and click run. That's it. Android 4.1.1 Jelly Bean will now boot up with full google play support!

To change the screen resolution:

Download AndroVMPlayer from the following link and put it in the root of your virtualbox folder. This will let you change the screen resolution to whatever you choose.
