PlayStation 5 NVMe Specifications:
Interface: PCIe Gen 4.0 (x4) M.2 NVMe SSD.
Supported Capacities: 250GB, 500GB, 1TB, 2TB, and 4TB.
Sequential Read Requirement: 5500MB/s or higher.
Form Factor (Size): 2230, 2242, 2260, 2280, or 22110.
Total Heat-sink Size Allowance: 110 x 25 x 11.25 mm.
What I used:
SSD: Western Digital SN850 NVMe SSD 1TB
Heat-sink: MHQJRH M.2 2280 SSD Heatsink Cooler
