IMPORTANT UPDATE: This video is old. Nowadays, you do not need to install ioRtCW like this. Instead, you just have to install the mod "RealRTCW" because it comes with ioRtCW (it is included).

The steps in this video:
Step 1: Go to Steam, buy, and install Return to Castle Wolfenstein. It doesn’t matter where you have it installed. This will be your original and first installation directory.

Step 2: Go to GitHub and the iortcw project folder https://github.com/iortcw/iortcw/releases
Download the latest version.

Unzip it anywhere on your computer. I put it on my D-drive, in a folder that I call My-RtCW. This will be your second and separate installation directory. Don’t start the game yet.

Go back to the original and first installation directory. Open the Main folder. Copy all pk3-files. Go back to your iortcw installation, i.e., you second and separate installation directory. Paste the pk3-files into iortcw's Main folder

Go back to GitHub and the iortcw project folder https://github.com/iortcw/iortcw/releases

This time, download and unzip the patch-data-141.zip into your iortcw folder. Your second and separate installation directory.

Finally, go to your iortcw installation folder (your second and separate installation directory) and start
• the iowolfsp file for single player
or
• iowolfmp for multiplayer
