How to install S-Voice on an ICS Android device

In this video you'll be shown how to install S-Voice on your Android device whether you're rooted or not, however there a few conditions:
1. You must be running Ice Cream Sandwich
2. The non-root method is not guaranteed to work, so please don't get your hopes up.
3. The rooted method could permanently damage your device, so you'll be doing so at your own risk.
