This is now the 12th in a series of videos on how to install Xbox 360 backwards compatible and games with gold titles on your Xbox One.

There are 3 possible ways to install Xbox 360 games on and Xbox One;
1: Download and install the game directly on an actual Xbox 360 system, it will show up as an available title on your Xbox One.

2: Go to Xbox.com, sign in with the proper email address and password that you used to setup your gamer tag. Make sure you have a payment option set up (even if you are looking for free games), then find the game in the games with gold section, or Xbox store, and purchase them, they will also show up as available to download on your Xbox One.

3: Directly from your Xbox One, you can download Games with Gold, or backwards compatible games from the Store, but, your Xbox.com account needs to be set up as explained in option #2.

If all else fails, and these methods don't work for you, go to http://support.xbox.com, look for "contact us", under contact us, go go "billing" then chose ""games with gold" and chose how you would like to contact Microsoft, by web, phone, twitter, etc.

Thanks for watching, don't forget to like, comment, and subscribe!
