I have decided to create a quick tutorial on how to Install the Xenoverse 2 mods patcher for Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 PC Mods.
This applies for when XV2 patcher is properly updated. We are on version 1.21 for DLC 17 in 2023

A written summary of the video:
1.Download the tools (XV2 PATCHER) and (XV2INS)
2. Open your Xenoverse 2 folder, via steam.
3. Drag "XV2PATCHER" and "bin" into the folder. Replace if it asks.
3.2 Rename in the Easy anticheat folder EasyAntiCheat64.dll to anything else.
4.Extract Xenoverse Mod Installer from the XVINS rar.
Open it, get thru prompts, and if it works, install your first mod.
5. Open the modded game through the BIN folder in DB Xenoverse 2

Xenoverse 2 Mods are only supported for the PC, Steam version.
