Here is the step-by-step guide:

Part 1: Enable Developer Options (If Not Already Enabled)
Developer Options is a hidden menu on all Android phones.

Go to Settings.

Scroll down and tap About phone (or About device).

Tap Software information (if this appears on your screen).

Find the Build number and tap it 7 times quickly.

You will see a countdown message ("You are now 3 steps away from being a developer.")

After the 7th tap, you will see the message: "You are now a developer!"
