I LOVE the Final Fantasy series. Games 7, 9 and 10 in particular are some of my most favorite games of all time, and that doesn't even include Kingdom Hearts 1 and 2, which are absolute gems as well. But what about Stranger of Paradise Final Fantasy Origin, a game that is meant to rekindle the love for the original Final Fantasy, and add a unique mix of storytelling and combat style? Well, I think the title speaks for itself.

In this video, I review Stranger of Paradise with a major focus on the characters and storytelling, comparing it to what previous Final Fantasy games had to offer, and judge it on its own merits. We're wearing no rose colored nostalgia glasses on this channel, and Stranger of Paradise is no exception to criticism. I wish things had been different, and that the Final Fantasy series had been in a better shape, but here we are.
