Let me explain how stupid challenge knife only on survival 2 is.

Chapter 3 of Days Gone - Knife only vs the hardest difficulty in the game(Survival 2)

Rules:
#1 Thou shall not shoot enemies with guns or crossbows. Shooting at air is fine, in order to induce infighting between different types of foes.
#2 Do not throw Molotov's, grenades and other stuff at them, shooting exploding barrels is included in this rule. Collateral is fine when burning nests, but it cannot be intentional.
Attractors and rocks do not deal damage, thus they are helpful tools for us.
#3 Ramming stuff with bike is okay as we need to do that anyway in order to do complete some of the missions.
#4 Upgrading and using your skills is fine.
#5 Hopefully the last one - If mission is deemed impossible to clear with a knife. We have to prove it and show multiple paths for the most optimal way of clearing it with least shots or throwables used.
