this will work for sure

first u have to start the installation. and then close epic launcher. copy like i copied GTA to that folder installing the new gta when the copying is finished. open epic launcher and resume installation the game will verify the files and ready to run soon. verifieng process will take some time in some cases your game files will be lost it happenes to me thats why iam telling.
