How to make a bacon sandwich - BACON SPECIAL

In the UK being able to cook a Bacon sandwich correctly is a MUST! Here I show you how I like it, in my eyes its pretty much the ONLY way it should be made, but you may have other (crazy) ideas.

Recipe:

2 rashers of bacon (minimum)
2 pieces of white bread
2 knobs of creamery butter
1 bottle of red sauce

Make the toast in the toaster the way you like it then proceed to generously butter it. While the toaster is doing its thing you can heat your pan.

Chuck the buttered toast into the ban butter side down. Remove from the pan when it is golden brown.

Place bacon into the buttery goodness in the pan and fry until crisp. Place in the toast once cooked.

Apply plenty of red sauce and cut the sandwich DIAGONALLY.

Eat it as if the were the first time you have ever seen food after having been in deep-space cryogenic sleep for several decades dreaming of a bacon sandwich.
