Step 1: Find the "Counter-Strike Global Offensive - SDK.
Step 2: Click the "Hammer" option.
Step 3: Make a simple box (by clicking on the box button on the left).
Step 4: Select then right click your box and select "Hollow".
Step 5: Select the entity tool and click anywhere to place a "Terrorist Spawn".
Step 6: Click "Compile" and enjoy.
