Here are two options on how to make a simple gin & tonic. Enjoy!

Option #1: Gin & Tonic with Tonic Soda
2oz Gin
1 orange slice
Add all ingredients to cocktail glass. Add ice. Top with Tonic Soda. Give a quick Stir with ice until chilled.

Option #2: Gin & Tonic with Tonic Syrup
2oz Gin
3-4 Dashes of Orange Bitters
3/4oz Tonic Syrup (suggestion Jack Rudy Classic Tonic Syrup)
1 orange slice
Add all ingredients into cocktail shaker. Add ice. Stir until chilled. Top with Club Soda. Strain into cocktail glass filled with ice
Garnish with orange slice
