A classic with an extra twist! I prefer to not use granulated sugar or sugar cubes, since they don't completely blend with the drink. I much prefer a simple syrup or demerara sugar syrup. But, please feel free to adjust if that is what you prefer. :)

Old Fashioned:
2oz Bourbon
1/4oz Simple Syrup (1:1 ratio water and sugar)
3-4 Dashes Angostura Bitters
Add all ingredients to cocktail shaker. Stir with ice until chilled. Strain into cocktail glass with a BIG ice cube
Garnish with a orange and lemon peel
