Mojito
2oz White Rum
3/4oz Simple Syrup
1oz Lime Juice
8-10 Mint Leaves
Add all ingredients to cocktail shaker. Gently muddle. Add a tiny bit of ice to the cocktail shaker and do a quick shake to incorporate. Add fresh ice to your cocktail glass, then dump all the contents in the cocktail shaker into the glass. Top with Club Soda and give a quick stir
Garnish with a Mint Sprigs
