Gimlet:
2oz Gin
3/4oz Simple Syrup (1:1 ratio water and sugar)
1oz lime juice
Add all ingredients to cocktail shaker. Shake with ice until chilled. Strain into martini or coupe glass
Garnish with a lime wedge
