No advanced crafting skills are needed for this project. Creating an

Step 1: Collect Supplies

Obtain white pipe cleaners, a hot glue gun and rhinestones. You will also need a white headband that is covered in felt or you can purchase a basic white headband and cover it with white felt secured by hot glue. Step 2: Create Halo

Take two of your pipe cleaners and twist them together to form one stronger unit. This twisting action is similar to how you would
make a Christmas Candy Cane Reindeer. Your twisted pipe cleaners should come together at each end such that neither one is longer than the other. Fold your pipe cleaner in half, then place the bottom curved portion under the middle portion of your headband. Twist the pipe cleaners at the top of the headband to secure. Make another wrapped pair of pipe cleaners. Make a circle with your pipe cleaners and attach the wires at the ends to form the halo shape. Attach your halo at the top of the pipe cleaner base that is already attached to your headband. Bend the halo so it rests perpendicular to the halo stem.

Step 3: Decorate Halo

Take your glue gun or super glue and place a dab of glue along the outer edge of your halo. Place a rhinestone on top of the glue. Glue about 4 rhinestones spaced evenly across the front edge of your halo to add some sparkle to your final product.
