For a Paloma you can also use just grapefruit juice and top with club soda. But I had Fever Tree Grapefruit soda and it was delicious!

Paloma
Rub cocktail glass with lime on the rim
Dip the cocktail glass into small plate of course salt, set aside
Add into cocktail shaker:
2oz Blanco Tequila
1/2oz Lime Juice
Add ice into cocktail shaker and shake until chilled
Add 3-4oz of Grapefruit soda
Roll to mix cocktail
Strain into cocktail glass with salted rim. Garnish with lime wheel
