Welcome! Today is Sunday and I’m going to be cooking up a comforting baked spaghetti for my family. Check out my other pasta dishes! http://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL1I2RwBwCrFXB_KnbHz1S2K96I7OHhwdp

YOU WILL NEED
1 (16 ounce) package of spaghetti
1 pounds of ground beef
1/2 onion
1 cup of chopped mushrooms
1 jar of your favorite spaghetti sauce ( Ragu Chunky tomato, garlic, and onion)
Season to taste ( I used salt, pepper, basil, and parsley)
1 tablespoon of butter
Nonstick cooking spray

PREHEAT YOUR OVEN TO 375 degrees F

ON THE STOVETOP
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook spaghetti in boiling water, stirring occasionally, until done (8-10 minutes). Drain but do not rinse the spaghetti.

Heat a large skillet, coated with nonstick cooking spray, and brown beef until it’s fully cooked. Season with salt and pepper. And drain any remaining grease.

Sauté the onions and mushrooms in a pan coated with nonstick cooking spray and butter, until the onions are translucent.

COMBINE
In a bowl, combine the sautéed vegetables, drained beef, drained spaghetti, and sauce. Season with salt, pepper, basil, and parsley.

Transfer the combined ingredients into a baking pan that has been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Sprinkle shredded mild cheddar cheese on top.

Cover with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. Remove foil and continue to bake for an additional 10 minutes to brown the cheese, if desired. Thanks for watching! Like, comment, SHARE!
