HOW TO MAKE BREAKFAST TOAST CUPS IN 3 WAYS

Ingredients:

6 slices bread
6 eggs
1 slice cheddar cheese, cut into half
1 slice ham, cut into small squares
1/4 cup shredded cheese
1 slice bacon, cut into small rectangles
1 piece sausage link, slice into 1/4 inches
spinach, cut into strips

Oil/Butter for greasing
Salt and pepper for seasoning

Steps:

1. Cut away the edges of the bread. Using a rolling pin (or bottle), flatten the bread evenly.

2. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

3. Grease a 6-hole muffin tin with oil/butter.

4. Press the flatten bread down into the muffin hole, forming a "cup" shape.

5. Bake until edges began to brown. The shape should hold when it's taken out.

6. Line the cup with:
- ham and cheddar cheese
- bacon and shredded cheese
- sausage and spinach

7. Crack an egg in each of the cups. Be careful not to destroy the egg yolk. Season with salt and pepper.

8. Bake for 5 to 8 minutes, until eggs become visibly hardened (yet still in a runny form).

9. Add the remaing ingredients for toppings. Let the cups sit rest in the oven for another 5 minutes, the heat that is retained will continue to cook the egg slowly.
