How to Make Graham Cracker Toffee

Full Recipe:
INGREDIENTS:
15-16 graham cracker sheets
1/4 cup packed light brown sugar
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
1 cup of preferred topping
1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil
Lightly grease with nonstick cooking spray.
Cover baking sheet with whole graham cracker sheets
In a medium saucepan bring brown sugar & butter to a boil over medium heat.
Simmer for 4 minutes, stirring constantly
Pour over graham crackers & bake for 8 minutes.
Remove from oven & immediately sprinkle chocolate chips over top.
Let set fir 2 minutes.
Spread melted chocolate with knife, spoon, or spatula.
Sprinkle toppings over top.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or freeze for 30 minutes
Cut (or break) and serve toffee, & enjoy!
