Fitness Challenge: Week 5 Recap (w/ Bonus Challenge)
Hello my Padiwons! Week 5 was a harder one, but definitely worth the struggle! (Note: I did speed up all - but the bonus challenge - videos because I did take my time with them, making sure I was breathing through each rep and focusing on it.)
I had gotten challenged to do 10 full push ups, where I could do as many reps as I needed to. It took me 30 minutes to get through it, but it was so worth it! I was able to talk myself down from an exercise induced anxiety attack, I really didn't think I could do it. And then got back up, and told myself yes you can! And then I did! And I was able to do more after that! I went from starting the week at a maybe 2-3 full push ups, to 10. That was quite a leap just because I pushed myself a little farther than normal. Not enough to hurt myself, but enough to make a difference.

Don't forget to breathe! It's kind of important!
It takes Patience, Persistence and Determination.
