In this video I discuss how we can make Mecha mainstream among the masses again. It seems like since the release of Armoured core 6 Mecha is seeing a resurgence in gaming. One Fromsoftware succeeds at trying something new the rest of the industry seems to follow suit. At the game awards Mecha break seems to be the first challenger to the throne that Armoured Core sits on. However for Mecha to truly break into the mainstream the genera needs to succeed across different mediums. In this video I break down the core appeal of Mecha and how it can be used in a scifi story. I also get into different ways writers can present Mecha in a way modern audiences can grasp.
