How to make PC games go slightly faster "Graphics Settings"

Mainly thanks to a guy i talked to on Steam for this tip.
Still doesnt help massively much if the port isnt all that amazing. My Graphics Card is "Intel Iris Xe Graphics Card" and i have played GTA 4, Crash N Sane Trilogy, Sonic Forces, Shantae The Half Genie hero, all of them runs pretty good on it.

Sonic Origins and Megaman X Legacy Collection 1 and 2 however, has a massive problem running well on this hardware? Which is weird since they are older games? And Crash N Sane Trilogy is afterall a PS4 port. So its just odd i guess considering these games doesnt seem to need that much requirements to play on my hardware?
