How To Make Pumpkin Spice Buttercream Bread

For Pumpkin Spice Buttercream:
1 stick of unsalted butter
1/2 cup puree
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
4 cup powdered sugar
For Bread:
2 cups of pumpkin spice buttercream
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon cocoa powder
1 tsp ground cardamom
2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp baking powder
1.5 cups of milk
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease two 9x5 loaf pan with butter and set aside.
2. Place room temperature butter in a mixing bowl and beat until smooth for about 1 minute.
3. Add in the pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, and powdered sugar and mix until combined.
4. Add the flour, cocoa powder, cardamom, cinnamon, baking soda, and baking powder to a mixing bowl and whisk together.
5. Then add the pumpkin spiced buttercream to another mixing bowl along with the eggs and vanilla extract. Mix until combined thoroughly.
6. Add the dry ingredients to the wet and mix.
7. While mixing, drizzle in the milk until a smooth pourable batter is formed.
8. Pour the batter into the loaf pans and smooth over with a spatula.
9. Bake for 75-90 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean from the thickest point of the loaf.
10. Let the cake cool or dig in while warm and enjoy!
