Lord as my witness, have it be known that I feel like I'm going insane being the ONLY PERSON ON THE PLANET who thinks that the character that they very specifically and explicitly decided to give RED SKIN after the design change is an Ixian and isn't, in fact "just red because he's angry." That doesn't make any sense and he still had his rage mechanic in Neon Prime, too. When he is inevitably REVEALED to be Ixian, don't come crying to me, I'm just the messenger.

Step by step:
1. shiv1_head_color.png in photoshop. Should probably use josephthekp's DXT decompressor ai model in Cupscale GUI to remove the DXT artifacts first
2. Image Mode: set it from RGB color to LAB color
3. Image → Adjustments → Brightness/Contrast → Pump up the brightness 60%
4. Image → Adjustments → Hue/Saturation → Hue +10, Saturation -40
5. Select the eyeball texture in the bottom right of the screen, ctrl+shift+U to desaturate
6. With the eyeball texture still selected, Image → Adjustments → Brightness/Contrast → Pump up the brightness 50%
