Ingredients:
1 can of white potatoes
1 half an onion or a jar of white onions
Corned Beef Hash in a can
Olive oil
1 clove of garlic
Sprinkle of Rosemary
Salt and pepper
Eggs (optional)
Instructions:
1. Strain a can of canned white potatoes and chop into cubes.
2. Cut half an onion and dice. (ideally, you’d use small white onions from a jar, but we couldnt find them in our grocery store)
3. Open a can of corned beef hash and cut into small pieces.
4. Crack a clove of garlic and finely mince.
5. Oil your pan with olive oil and start to lightly sautee your onions
6. Next, add garlic, then the corned beef hash, potatoes, rosemary and salt and pepper.
7. Brown in pan for 7-10 minutes on low heat.
8. Serve on side of scrambled eggs in an empty can wrapped with official Feast of Fiction Who Hash label.
