Another, easier thing is download CCleaner and use the registry cleaner in CCleaner. Its really good and improves system performance. Also, within CCleaner you can go to the "tools" tab thing and disable some things that startup on your computer when you turn it on that you won't need. This improves boot time and general performance. Also, if you want to free some space on your computer easily. Use the built in Cleaner on CCleaner. Or use disk cleanup (built in on windows computers).

Your resolution for your computer might be different. On this computer it was 1600x900 (on others it could be many things, 1920x1080, 1366x768 and a variety of other resolutions). Anyway, just keep your resolution at your native resolution. Make sure of that.
