How to get custom capes!

Step #1 - Download the template and programs:
Cape Template: https://www.mediafire.com/file/ue7l26qc643gfzm/CapeTemplate.zip/file

Skins Bypass: https://www.mediafire.com/file/qrmngxuo83e1iix/skins-bypass.mcpack/file

PaintDotNet: https://www.getpaint.net/

Paint3D: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/p/paint-3d/9nblggh5fv99

Step #2 - Extract the template
Right-click on the template and click extract all

Step #3 - Edit manifest.json
Go to https://uuidgenerator.net/ and generate 2 UUIDs
Paste them in the UUID Slots
Save the file

Step #4 - Edit the cape
Open the file Cape.png
Edit it:
Blue is Front/Back
Yellow is side
Black is elytra (ignore)

Step #5 - Add your skin
Copy your skin to the template folder and rename it to skin.png

Step #6 - Import the pack
Copy all of the files
Go to C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\Microsoft.MinecraftUWP_ Something (Depends on version)
Go to Data, then go to skin packs, then go to persona.
Delete all of the files
Then do CTRL+V (aka paste it)

Step #7 - Import skins-bypass
Open Minecraft then double-click the skins-bypass.McPack file

Step #8 - Wear the skin
Click on dressing room, then click Edit Character, then go to the owned section, then click on owned, then select the skin with the cape (Do not click import)
