In Odoo 18, CRM Scheduling Activities helps users efficiently manage follow-ups, meetings, calls, and tasks to ensure timely engagement with leads, opportunities, and customers. Here’s how you can schedule and manage activities in the CRM module.

1. Scheduling an Activity in CRM
Step 1: Navigate to CRM
Go to CRM from the main Odoo menu.
Open a lead or opportunity where you want to schedule an activity.
Step 2: Schedule an Activity
Click on the "Schedule Activity" button.
Choose an Activity Type (Call, Meeting, Email, etc.).
Set the Due Date and assign it to a responsible user.
Add a note or description for reference.
Click "Schedule" to save it.
2. Managing Scheduled Activities
In the CRM Kanban View, activities appear as icons on each lead/opportunity.
You can filter leads by activities (Overdue, Today, Planned).
Click on the clock icon to view, edit, or mark activities as done.
3. Automating Activities using Activity Rules
You can automate follow-ups by defining Activity Rules in CRM Pipelines.

Go to CRM -- Configuration -- Activity Types.
Define Default Next Activity to auto-schedule follow-ups.
4. Viewing and Tracking Activities
Use the Activity View under CRM -- Activities to track pending and completed activities.
The Calendar View helps plan meetings and calls efficiently.
