In Odoo 18 CRM, the Win and Loss features help track the success of leads and opportunities. These features allow sales teams to manage their pipeline efficiently by marking deals as won or lost.
Win a Deal in Odoo 18 CRM
Go to CRM Module: Navigate to the CRM module from the Odoo dashboard.
Open an Opportunity: Select an opportunity from your pipeline.
Mark as Won:
Click the "Mark Won" button.
The opportunity moves to the Won stage.
Loss a Deal in Odoo 18 CRM
Go to CRM Module.
Select an Opportunity.
Mark as Lost:
Click the "Mark Lost" button.
Odoo may prompt for a Lost Reason.
Select or create a lost reason (e.g., "Price too high," "Competitor won," etc.).
Confirm to mark the opportunity as lost.
Recovering Lost Opportunities
Navigate to the CRM -- Lost Opportunities.
Find the lost opportunity and click Restore to move it back to the pipeline.
