If Super Smash Bros Ultimate STILL DOES NOT WORK, here is a another way to fix it:
Go to your yuzu emulator and then go to the configure option. In the emulation option, then go to system and then profile delete all the profiles and then make one for yourself. After that go to the controls set the controller to custom and then click configure after that uncheck touchscreen.
