Steps:

Start by opening the threads app and logging into your account.

Find the user you would like to mute.

If you found their post on the feed, you can mute them quickly by tapping the 3 dots button beside their post, and then tapping ‘mute’, on the popup, select ‘mute posts’ to confirm it.

You can also mute people from their profile page, simply go to the top of their page and tap the 3 dots button, then select mute. On the popup select ‘mute posts’ to confirm it.

You can manage your muted users by going to your profile page, once there, tap the globe icon at the top left of the screen.

Select ‘muted’ from the menu.

This will show you a list of your muted users on Threads. You can easily unmute them from here if you wish.
