Video Transcript:
Step 1. Open the X app on your iPhone, iPad or Android device, and then open the profile for the user on X that you want to mute.
Step 2. Tap the ellipses at the top of this screen to open a menu, and then tap "Mute" in this menu.
Step 3. A window opens asking if you're sure you want to mute this X user. Additionally, you'll be warned that if you move forward with muting this person on X that you won't see their posts in your timeline but you may still see notifications. And finally, this user won't know that you've muted them.
Step 4. Tap "Yes, I'm Sure." A confirmation window will pop up letting you know that you've successfully muted this user.
