When you find doors with a diamond symbol in Slime Rancher 2, look for slime statues with a plort hole to open them. Some plort doors may require multiple plorts in various statues.

There are also areas and unlocks that are locked behind Gordos, large slimes that require 30 to 50 food items in their diet. Feeding them their favourite food will count as two items at once, hence lowering the requirement to a minimum of 15 food items.
