Doing everything that I did in the video will help optimise your performance for READY OR NOT 1.0 so that your frames are more stable. I did say this in the video but incase some people are rushing through it as an important reminder when you click the "Demos" folder and select properties and click the security tab to disable replays the first folder you should see is called "SYSTEM" and you will have some other folders under SYSTEM so make sure you edit those ones too to deny write and not just the SYSTEM one until the developers come out with an ingame option to enable/disable replays easier.
