How to Pair & Connect PS4 Controller to iPhone SE (Easy Tutorial)
Here’s how to pair and connect a PS4 DualShock controller to an iPhone SE:
Step 1: Check Compatibility
Ensure your iPhone SE is running iOS 13 or later. To check:
Go to Settings- General - Software Update and update if necessary.
Step 2: Enable Bluetooth on Your iPhone
Open Settings - Bluetooth.
Toggle Bluetooth to the ON position.
Keep this screen open to see available devices.
Step 3: Put the PS4 Controller in Pairing Mode
Ensure the controller is turned off (if it's on, hold the PS button until it turns off).
Press and hold the PS button and the Share button (small button near the D-pad) at the same time.
Release the buttons when the light bar on the controller starts flashing rapidly.
Step 4: Connect the Controller to Your iPhone
On your iPhone SE, look for DualShock 4 Wireless Controller under Other Devices in the Bluetooth menu.
Tap on it to pair.
Once paired, the controller’s light bar will stop flashing and remain solid.
Step 5: Test the Connection
Open a game that supports controller input to ensure the controller works.
Adjust in-game settings if necessary for optimal performance.
