These tips and tricks will help fix stick drift on Playstation Dualshock and Dualsense controllers so you won't have to spend more money buying another ps5 controller.

Here’s how to fix stick drift on your PS5 controller without any tools:

Step 1: Reset the Controller
Turn off your PS5.
Locate the reset button on the back of the controller (small hole near the L2 button).

Use a pin or paperclip to press and hold the button for 5-7 seconds.
Reconnect the controller to the PS5 using a USB cable and check if the drift persists.

Step 2: Clean the Stick Area
Turn Off the Controller: Ensure the controller is powered off to avoid accidental input.

Use Isopropyl Alcohol:
Dampen a cotton swab or microfiber cloth with a small amount of isopropyl alcohol (70% or higher).

Gently clean around the base of the stick, rotating it as you clean.
Exercise the Stick:
Move the stick in circular motions to loosen dirt or debris.
Let it dry completely (a few minutes) before turning the controller back on.

Step 3: Calibrate the Controller
