Not picking a main agent is one of, if not the biggest mistake you can make in valorant. Being a "flex" player can work for some, but it takes a lot longer for you to get good at an agent if you're switching every game. This is why it's really important that you pick a main agent early and start learning all you can about that specific agent, and that's why I'm helping you find your main agent in valorant with the 5 questions I have in this video.
