Starting with patch 1.6, it introduced Xbox 360 Controller Support. To make your controller work with the game, there are two things you need to do:

1) Get the X360CE program.
2) Once its configured properly, inside the game console type "exec default_controller.cfg"

Now your game will use your controller! Enjoy!
