How To Play IJN Destroyer Wakatake In World Of Warships
78Bamboo Sprout is an interesting T3 Destroyer with a few weird things about it. You gain more gun range but less torp range, more torp damage, and speed but longer torp reload time. She's in a really odd place and honestly I don't know of a good way to put this, but the changing range from 8km down to 7km is really quite odd and doesn't feel right.
Overall, Wakatake has usable guns for when the torps just don't cut the mustard and as the battle shows, 17k damage in just fires alone is a good reason to use them! Torpedoes aren't bad but they have short enough range that hitting can be challenging if you aren't properly warmed up.
Generally speaking though, I consider this to be a downgrade from Umikaze before her. What do you think?
